Blogger has officially added the new widget showing popular posts on Blogspot blogs. Few months back, blogger has added real-time stats to the blogs. Based on this, the new popular posts widget has been added.
This feature is now available in Blogger in draft (draft.blogger.com). For this you need to load draft.blogger.com on your browser. Then goto your blog –>Design –>Page elements –>Add new Gadget. On the top of it you can find the new popular posts widget.
You can either choose to display all time popular posts, popular posts in last 30 days or 1 week. Along with this you can display thumbnail images of your popular posts. The no. of popular posts displayed is 10 and I see no option to change this value.
Along with this widget, blogger has added another widget, Blogger stats. With this, you can show your visitors the no. of views of your blog.
